Town of Stockbridge Monthly Town Board Minutes 7:00 p.m. Wednesday June 26, 2019 Stockbridge Community Hall Chairman Ken Schaefer called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Present were Supervisor s Mark Ecker, Dean Joas, , Clerk Steve Phipps, Treasurer Ralph Schmid, Road Supervisor Jerry Ortlieb. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Clerk verified that notices were posted. Dean Joas made a motion to approve the agenda. Seconded by Mark Ecker. Motion Carried. Dean Joas made a motion to approve the June 12, 2019 meeting minutes. Seconded by Mark Ecker. Motion Carried. No public comment. Ken Schaefer moved to rescind ordinance 2019 -01 (ATV/UTV) with a 2 nd by Mark Ecker. Roll Call vote with passage unanimously. After general discussion about similar ordinances in adjacent towns and the village, location of signs, Ken Schaefer moved to adopt ordinance 2019 -02 (ATV/UTV) with a 2 nd by Dean Joas . Roll Call vote with passage unanimous passage. Ken Schaefer asked about Long Road paving/repair. Jerry Ortleib estimates by mid-July. Long Road and Carney Road were repaired by hot mix. Shoulder maintenance has been done on portions of Long Road and Faro Springs Road. General discussion occurred about the roads, equipment and funding occurred.
