Town Board Meeting Minutes (Special Meeting) 7:50 PM (immediately following jo int board meeting) January 30, 2024 APPROVED BY BOARD Stockbridge Community Hall Chairman Joe Kuhn called th e meeting to order at 7:50 PM. Present were Supervisors Mark Ecker, Jon Groeschl, Clerk Steve Phipps, Treasurer Andrea Ortlieb. Attendees: Amy Poppy, Chris Poppy, Dave Woelf el, Nick Kuhn and Mike Funk. Jon moved to dispense of the Pledge as it was previously recited . Mark E. 2nd M/C. Steve confirmed the meeting notices were posted. Mark E. moved to approve the agenda. Jon 2nd and M/C. Public Comment: None. Mark E. moved to approve the January 10, 2024 minutes. Jon G. 2nd and M/C. Land offer to Purchases: Mark E. moved to go into closed s ession to d iscuss the offer to purchase on town owned land with the clerk and treasurer. Jon 2 nd. M/C with roll call vote Kuhn – aye, Groeschl – aye and Ecker – aye. 7:52 PM board went into closed session. Closed session.
