Town Meeting of Electors Notice Town of Stockbridge, Calumet County Notice is hereby given that a special town meeting of the Town of Stockbridge, Calumet County, Wisconsin, will be held in the town at Community Hall/Fire Station at 175 S. Military Road Stockbridge, WI on the 15th day of November, 2023 immediately following the completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed 2024 town budget which begins at 7:00 p.m. for the following purposes: 1. To approve the 2023 total town tax levy to be collected in 2024 pursuant to s. 60.10(1)(a) of Wis. Statutes. 2. To approve town board members and officers being compensated for operating highway maintenance equipment during a declared snow emergency. Compensation terms and conditions would be equivalent to current part-time highway maintenance staff at the time of service. Dated this 30th of October, 2023.
