Town Board Meeting Minutes 7 PM October 18, 2023 APPROVED BY BOARD Stockbridge Community Hall Chairman Joe Kuhn called th e meeting to order at 7:00 PM. Present were Supervisors Mark Ecker , Jon Groe schl, Clerk Steve Phipps (arrived at 7:15 PM) , Treasurer Andrea Ortlieb, Road Supervisor Mark Tasch, Chuck Ecker. *Indicates the person signed up for public comment. Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Joe asked if Andrea would take minutes and Andrea agreed. Mark T. confirmed the meeting notices were posted. Jon moved to approve the agenda. Mark E. 2nd and M/C. No public comment. Budget drafting: General Discussion of revenues and expenditures. Joe would meet with Steve sometime later to finalize the draft. Roads: A weight limit on Konsin Be ach road was discussed resultin g from recent construction t raffic causing damage/deterioration of the road. No action was taken. Two-year road plan: No need for discussion per Joe or action taken. Letter of Credit at State Bank of Chilton: General discussion about past history of land and letter of credit it relates to w/ no action taken. Regarding future meeting s it was decided that the November meeting would be held the 3 rd Wednesday of November to accommodate early occurrence in the month and posting requirements.
