Verify open meeting notices have been given. 4. Approval of Agenda. 5. Public comment (Sign in and time limit may be imposed). 6. Approval of January 8, 2020 meeting minutes. 7. Discussion/possible action on SPS 330 Fire Dept. health and safety standards. 8. Discussion/possible action on supplies use/billing for town fires. 9. Discussion/possible action on equipment in road right-a- way and traffic control ordinance. a. Items 9 – 12 may be postponed if the meeting adjournment exceeds 5:15 PM. 10. Review correspondence/communications. 11. Set/Confirm date(s) for next meeting(s). 12. Reissue of check ie. Stop-payment fees for lost check by payee. 13.
