PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, September 21, 2026, at the Town of Brothertown Town Hall, W3880 St. Charles Road, Chilton, Wisconsin, the Town of Brothertown Plan Commission will conduct a public hearing for the proposed renewal of the Buechel Stone Corp. Conditional Use Permits for their combined Chilton and Paradise Road Quarries. The meeting will be held on: Monday, September 21, 2026 at 6:00PM AGENDA: 1. Call to order and confirm open meeting notice 2. Approve today’s agenda and minutes of July 14, 2026 meeting 3. OPEN PUBLIC MEETING: a. Presentation by Buechel Stone Corp. regarding the request for CUP a. Public comments relating to request b. Plan Commission discussion relating to request c. Close Public Meeting d. Action by Plan Commission 4. Review of annual quarry well water testing and proof of insurance 5. Discussion of annual quarry inspection 6. Discussion with Joe and Deb Calloway about noncompliance with current conditional use permit, application for permit renewal, and possible action to initiate CUP revocation proceedings 7. Discussion regarding upcoming Plan Commission Business 8. All town residents are invited to participate in the meetings of the Plan Commission. Time for comment may be limited due to schedule. A copy of the public hearing notice will be sent to all parcel owners within 500 feet of each Buechel CUP land parcel. Town Board members may be present at Plan Commission meetings
