Plan Commission/Town Board Meeting — Agenda

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at 6:00PM on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at the Town or Brothertown Town Hall located at W3880 St. Charles Road, Chilton, Wisconsin, the Town of Brothertown Plan Commission will conduct public hearings on three petitions for Conditional Use Permits. The first is a petition filed by SBA for the collocation of cellular infrastructure on an existing telecommunications tower located at W 5205 W. Jefferson Road. The second is a petition by Craig and Kim Schwobe that would allow for the construction of an accessory structure that will have a bathroom group (toilet and sink) or any other plumbing or running water other than a floor drain at the property located at N3045 S. Tower Road. The third petition is filed by Michael Levenhagen that would allow for the addition of a utility sink in the detached garage on the property.
