PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at 6:00 p.m. on September 15, 2025 at the Town of Brothertown Town Hall, W3880 St. Charles Road, Chilton, the Town of Brothertown Plan Commission will conduct a public hearing on the renewal of the Conditional Use Permit for the Eden Stone Company Jefferson Road Quarry located in Lot 197, T18N, R19E Town of Brothertown, Calumet County, Wisconsin, consisting of approximately 23.25 acres. The Town of Brothertown Plan Commission will also conduct a public hearing on the renewal of the Conditional Use Permit for the Eden Stone Company Columbus Quarry located in Part of the East ½ of Government Lot 175, Town of Brothertown, Calumet County, Wisconsin. After receiving public comments, the Plan Commission will make recommendations to the Town Board on each proposed renewal. The hearings are open to the public and all interested parties are encouraged to attend. Members of the Town Board may be present during the Plan Commission meeting for information gathering purposes. Monday, September 15, 2025 at 6:00PM AGENDA: 1.
