Plan Commission — Agenda

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at the Town of Brothertown Town Hall, W3880 St. Charles Road, Chilton, Wisconsin, the Town of Brothertown Town Plan Commission will conduct a public hearing on a petition for a Conditional Use Permit filed by Buechel Stone Corporation and Rolling Rockstar Transit, LLC. The proposed Conditional Use Permit would allow for the establishment of parking facilities for trucking operators that haul exclusively quarry products on a parcel of real estate owned by Buechel Stone Corporation located on Schoenborn Road with parcel ID number 3013. Following the public hearing on the request, the Plan Commission will make a recommendation to the Town Board on the proposed Conditional Use Permit. All interested parties are encouraged to attend. In addition, a quorum of the Town Board may be present during the Plan Commission hearing for information gathering purposes but will not take any action. Tuesday, July 15 at 7:00PM AGENDA: 1.
