PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at 6:00 p.m. on May 20, 2025, at the Town of Brothertown Town Hall, W3880 St. Charles Road, Chilton, Wisconsin, the Town of Brothertown Plan Commission will conduct a public hearing on the renewal of the conditional use permit for the Halquist Stone Company, Inc. quarry located in the West One-Half of Governmental Lot No. 163, T.17N, R.19E, Town of Brothertown, Calumet County, Wisconsin, consisting of approximately 50 acres located north of Paradise Road and lands of a 70-acre mineral deposit located in the West One-Half of Lots 161 & 162, T.17N, R.19E, Town of Brothertown, Calumet County, Wisconsin.
