{07787259.DOC.1} TOWN OF BROTHERTOWN CALUMET COUNTY, WISCONSIN Minutes of Plan Commission Meeting May 20, 2025 CALL TO The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. and quorum was ORDER declared. CONFIRMATION Chairman Theil reported that, due to an oversight, notice of the OF NOTICE public hearing was not sent to all property owners within 500’ of the Halquist Stone Quarry. Due to this issue, the Commission announced that it could not conduct the public hearing or take action at this meeting. Thereafter was a brief discussion about alternative dates for the hearing. The Commission and applicant agreed to hold a new public hearing on June 17, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. The remaining items on the May 20, 2025 agenda will be addressed at that time. ADJOURNMENT No other business coming before the Plan Commission, a motion was made and seconded with unanimous approval to adjourn.
