Special Town Board Meeting – May 17th, 2025
The Town Board of the Town of Brothertown met at 7:30 a.m. at the town hall to hold a special meeting. The meeting was
properly announced. All said the Pledge of Allegiance.
Roll Call: Chairman: Larry Propson, Supervisors: Henry Hecht and Doug Marcelle, Highway Supervisor: Logan Schmitz
and no citizens.
Supervisor Marcelle made a motion, seconded by Henry Hecht, approving the amended contract with Ayres (Project #25-
0379.00). Motion carried.
Henry Hecht made a motion, seconded by Doug Marcelle, to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at
7:36 a.m.
