Public Hearing – April 1, 2025 The Town Board of the Town of Brothertown met at 6:00 p.m. to hold a public hearing. The meeting was properly announced. Roll Call: Chairman: Chuck Schneider, Supervisors: Doug Marcelle (appeared at 6:15 p.m.) and Larry Propson, Clerk: LeAnne Karls and six citizens. Attorney Parmentier also appears. Attorney Parmentier reviews the proposed ordinances: - Short -Term Rental Licensing Ordinance: Unanimous hand count vote in favor of the Town Board adopting the ordinance. - Adult Entertainment Establishment Licensing Ordinance: Majority of hand count (9 out of 10) vote in favor of the Town Board adopting the ordinance. - Various updates to the Town’s Zoning Ordinance: Unanimous hand count vote in favor of the Town Board adopting the ordinance. 6:29 p.m. Marvin Buechel made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Erv Selk.
