DISCUSSION OF The Commission began with a discussion regarding amendments to ORDINANCES the sign provisions in the Zoning Ordinance. Attorney Parmentier reminded the Commission that the current sign provisions must be modified due to recent Supreme Court decisions. At the next Plan Commission meeting, Attorney Parmentier will present an updated version of the Zoning Ordinance that includes the new sign provisions, a final draft of a Short-Term Rental Ordinance, and a final draft of an Adult Establishments Licensing Ordinance.
