PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, June 3, 2024 at the Town of Brothertown Plan Commission will conduct a public hearing concerning the conditional use permit for the Halquist Stone Company, Inc. quarry located in the West One-Half of Governmental Lot No. 163, T.17N, R.19E, Town of Brothertown, Calumet County, Wisconsin, consisting of approximately 50 acres located north of Paradise Road and lands of a 70-acre mineral deposit located in the West One-Half of Lots 161 & 162, T.17N, R.19E, Town of Brothertown, Calumet County, Wisconsin. The Hearing will be held at the Town of Brothertown Town hall at W3880 St. Charles Road, Chilton, WI on: Monday, June 3, 2024 at 6:00PM AGENDA: 1. Call to order and confirm open meeting notice 2.
