TOWN OF BROTHERTOWN CALUMET COUNTY, WISCONSIN LEGAL NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, June 3, 2024 at the Town of Brothertown Town Hall, W3880 St. Charles Road, Chilton, Wisconsin, the Town of Brothertown Plan Commission will conduct a public hearing concerning the conditional use permit for the Halquist Stone Company, Inc. quarry located in the West One-Half of Governmental Lot No. 163, T.17N, R.19E, Town of Brothertown, Calumet County, Wisconsin, consisting of approximately 50 acres located north of Paradise Road and lands of a 70-acre mineral deposit located in the West One-Half of Lots 161 & 162, T.17N, R.19E, Town of Brothertown, Calumet County, Wisconsin. After receiving public comments, the Plan Commission will make its recommendation to the Town Board regarding action on the permit. The hearing is open to the public and all interested parties are encouraged to attend. Members of the Town Board may be present during the Plan Commission meeting for information-gathering purposes. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that immediately following the Plan Commission hearing described above, the Town of Brothertown Town Board will meet to receive the recommendation of the Plan Commission and take final action on the Conditional Use Permit.
