PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, April 29, 2024, the Town of Brothertown Plan Commission will conduct a public hearing on a proposed Conditional Use Permit for Greg and Rachel Phillips concerning the Driftwood Beach Backlot known as Lot One across from N2703 Driftwood Beach Road. The purpose of the proposed Conditional Use Permit is to authorize plumbing facilities in an accessory structure pursuant to the Town of Brothertown Zoning Ordinance. The Hearing will be held at the Town of Brothertown Town hall at W3880 St. Charles Road, Chilton, WI on: Monday, April 29, 2024 at 6:00PM AGENDA: 1. Call to order and confirm open meeting notice 2. Approve today’s agenda and minutes of March 18, 2024 meeting 3. PUBLIC MEETING: a. Presentation by Greg and Rachel Phillips regarding petition for CUP b. Public comments relating to request c. Plan Commission discussion relating to request d. Action by Plan Commission 4. Discussion of Buechel Stone CUP, Schoenborn Road Property 5. Discussion of updates to Town zoning 6. Discussion of upcoming Town Business 7. The Plan Commission intends to convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the Town who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Town with respect to litigation in which the Town is or is likely to become involved.
