PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Brothertown Town Plan Commission will conduct a public hearing on the requested transfer of a Conditional Use Permit from Michels Road & Stone, Inc. to Eden Stone Company. The Conditional Use Permit is for the Michels Daun Quarry consisting of approximately 20 acres on a parcel located northwest of the intersection of Paradise Road and Columbus Road in East ½ of Government Lot No. 175, T17N, R19E, Town of Brothertown, Calumet County, Wisconsin. The hearing will be held at the Town of Brothertown Town hall at W3880 St. Charles Road, Chilton, WI on: Monday, December 11 at 6:00PM AGENDA: 1. Call to order and confirm open meeting notice 2. Approve today’s agenda and minutes of the October 2, 2023 and October 3, 2022 meeting 3. PUBLIC MEETING: a. Presentation by Eden Stone Company regarding petition for CUP transfer b.
