NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN…The Town of Brothertown Town Plan Commission will conduct public hearings on two proposed renewal Conditional Use Permits. The first concerns the request of Michels Materials, a division of Michels Corporation, for the renewal of its Conditional Use Permit for the Michels Materials O’Connor Quarry consisting of approximately 82.4 acres on a parcel located south of East Jefferson Road in the East ½ of Government Lot No. 229 and the East ½ of Government Lot No. 230, T. 17N., R.19E., Town of Brothertown, Calumet County, Wisconsin. The second concerns the request of Buechel Stone Corp. for the renewal of its conditional use permit for the Buechel Chilton and Paradise Road Quarries located within portions of the following tax parcels: Tax Parcel 3003, 3007, 3009, 3010, 3011, 3012, 20225, 23597, and 23599, Town of Brothertown, Calumet County, Wisconsin. The hearing will be held at the Town of Brothertown Town hall at W3880 St. Charles Road, Chilton, WI on: Monday, October 2nd at 6:00PM AGENDA: 1. Call to order and confirm open meeting notice 2.
