August 2026 Meeting Minutes

Town Hall 6:00 PM August 12, 2026 The regular monthly meeting for the Town of New Holstein was called to order at 6:00 pm by Chairman Ben Henke. Members present: Chairman Ben Henke, Supervisor Dean Konen, Supervisor Len Heimerman, Treasurer Mary Jo Muellenbach, Clerk Samantha Muellenbach Residents present: John Roerhig. All recited the pledge of Allegiance. Clerk Muellenbach noted the meeting was properly posted according to WI State Statue. A motion to accept the agenda was made by Chairman Henke, seconded by Supervisor Konen, motion carried. A motion to accept the July 2026 monthly minutes as read was made by Supervisor Konen seconded by Chairman Henke, motion carried. Public Comments: none A motion to approve treasurers’ report was made by Chairman Henke, seconded by Supervisor Heimerman, motion carried. A motion to accept the bills for payment was made by Chairman Henke, seconded by Supervisor Konen, motion carried. Discussed equipment repair and maintenance timeline. Discussed timeline of the St Anna Project for when it would start and how long it would take to complete. Tabling until the September 2026 meeting for more details. Tabling ARIP until the September 2026 meeting. Tabling Utility Accommodation Policy/Permit Fees Tabling Permit Timelines and Inspector A motion to approve accept the contract with Deluxe Service Provider for credit card and echeck processing for tax payments was made by Chairman Henke, seconded by Supervisor Heimerman, motion carried. A motion to approve the St Anna Sportsman temporary liquor license was approved by Supervisor Konen, seconded by Chairman Henke, motion carried. Discussed correspondence received.
