Town Hall 6:00 PM May 13, 2026 The regular monthly meeting for the Town of New Holstein was called to order at 6:00 pm by Chairman, Ben Henke. Members present: Chairman Ben Henke, Supervisor Dean Konen, Supervisor Len Heimerman, Treasurer Mary Jo Muellenbach, Clerk Samantha Muellenbach Residents present: Alvin Miller and Kevin Diederichs (Site Plan Project Review). Non-residents present: Mark Whitten, Town of New Holstein Maintenance Technician All recited the pledge of Allegiance. Clerk Muellenbach noted the meeting was properly posted according to WI State Statue. A motion to accept the agenda was made by Chairman Henke, seconded by Supervisor Konen, motion carried. A motion to accept the April 2026 monthly minutes as read was made by Supervisor Heimerman seconded by Chairman Henke, motion carried. Public Comments: none A motion to approve treasurers’ report was made by Chairman Henke, seconded by Supervisor Konen, motion carried. A motion to accept the bills for payment was made by Supervisor Konen, seconded by Chairman Henke, motion carried. Discussed town equipment repairs and maintenance. Discussed the road projects needed within the town from the April Road Inspection. Update on the ARIP Program for the town. Discussed a Site Map Review for Kevin and Andrea Dierdrichs. Discussed 2 town properties for county public hearing notices on planning and zoning. Discussed the possibility of using Tower Repeater Radios. Tabling the Utility Accommodation Policy until June 2026 meeting. A motion to approve John Roehrig and Gary Winkler as alternates for the Board of Review was made by Chairman Henke, seconded by Supervisor Konen, motion carried. Discussed correspondence received.
