TOWN OF NEW HOLSTEIN Town Hall 6:00 PM July 9, 2025 The regular monthly meeting for the Town of New Holstein was called to order at 6:30 pm by Chairman, Ben Henke. Members present: Chairman Ben Henke, Supervisor Len Heimerman, Treasurer Mary Jo Muellenbach, Clerk Samantha Muellenbach Residents present: Amos Borntreger, Eli Mast, Alvin Mast, and Sam Schrock. All recited the pledge of Allegiance. Clerk Muellenbach noted the meeting was properly posted according to WI State Statue. A motion to accept the agenda was made by Supervisor Heimerman, seconded by Chairman Henke, motion carried. A motion to accept the June 2025 monthly minutes as read was made by Chairman Henke seconded by Supervisor Heimerman, motion carried. Public Comments: none A motion to approve treasurers’ report was made by Chairman Henke, seconded by Supervisor Heimerman, motion carried. A motion to accept the bills for payment was made by Supervisor Heimerman, seconded by Chairman Henke, motion carried. Discussed future and current equipment repairs. Discussed a residential driveway culvert material being used and what can be done on the property. Discussed a residential boring request on private property and what the resident and/or town can do. Discussed moving forward with the Municipal Delegation Form/Ordinance. Tabling Clerk/Treasurer Contact until the August 2025 meeting Discussed correspondence received.
