Town Hall 6:00 PM June 11, 2025 The regular monthly meeting for the Town of New Holstein was called to order at 6:00 pm by Chairman, Ben Henke. Members present: Chairman Ben Henke, Supervisor Dean Konen, Treasurer Mary Jo Muellenbach, Clerk Samantha Muellenbach Residents present: Josh Bennin & Kaden Bennin. All recited the pledge of Allegiance. Clerk Muellenbach noted the meeting was properly posted according to WI State Statue. A motion to accept the agenda was made by Supervisor Konen, seconded by Chairman Henke, motion carried. A motion to accept the May 2025 monthly minutes as read was made by Chairman Henke seconded by Supervisor Konen, motion carried. Public Comments: Josh & Kaden Bennin spoke about concerns with the pay structure for the board and election results/postings. A motion to approve treasurers’ report was made by Chairman Henke, seconded by Supervisor Konen, motion carried. A motion to accept the bills for payment was made by Chairman Henke, seconded by Supervisor Konen, motion carried. Discussed Current and Future Equipment Repairs. Tabling Municipal Delegation Form/Ordinance until July 2025 Meeting. A motion to approve the Resolution 2025-1 for Electronic Signatures was made by Chairman Henke, seconded by Supervisor Konen, motion carried. A motion to approve the Liquor License for Schwartz Supper Club, Outdoor Inc, Dilly’s Seven Corners and temporary for St Anna Sportsman made by Chairman Henke, seconded by Supervisor Konen, motion carried. Discussed Clerk/Treasurer Contracts. Discussed correspondence received. A motion to adjourn was made at 7:05 pm by Chairman Henke, seconded by Supervisor Konen, motion carried.
