January 2025 Minutes

Town Hall 6:30 PM January 8, 2025 The regular monthly meeting for the Town of New Holstein was called to order at 6:30 pm by Chairman, Ben Henke. Members present: Chairman Ben Henke, Supervisor Dean Konen, Treasurer Mary Jo Muellenbach, Clerk Samantha Muellenbach Residents present: None. All recited the pledge of Allegiance. Clerk Muellenbach noted the meeting was properly posted according to WI State Statue. A motion to accept the agenda was made by Chairman Henke, seconded by Supervisor Konen, motion carried. A motion to accept the December 2024 monthly minutes as read was made by Supervisor Konen seconded by Chairman Henke, motion carried. Public Comments: none A motion to approve treasurers’ report was made by Chairman Henke, seconded by Supervisor Konen, motion carried. A motion to accept the bills for payment was made by Chairman Henke, seconded by Supervisor Konen, motion carried. Discussed equipment repairs done to Truck 1 and Truck 2. A motion to approve the purchase of new tires for both tractors/backhoes not to exceed $8000.00 was made by Supervisor Konen seconded by Chairman Henke, motion carried. Discussed review County Planning Maps to move forward A motion to approve the temporary Liquor License for Outdoors/St Anna Sportsman was made by Supervisor Konen, seconded by Chairman Henke, motion carried. Discussed correspondence received. A motion to adjourn was made at 7:46 pm by Chairman Henke, seconded by Supervisor Konen, motion carried.
