Town of New Holstein Town Hall 6:30 May 10, 2023 The regular monthly meeting for the Town of New Holstein was called to order 6:30 pm by Chairman, Ben Henke. Members present: Chairman Ben Henke, Supervisor Dean Konen, Treasure Mary Jo Muellenbach, Clerk Lynn Pendleton, and resident Keith Price. The pledge of Allegiance was recited by all. A motion to accept the agenda was made by Henke, seconded by Konen, motion carried. A motion to accept the minutes as read, from the April 12, 2023, Town Board meeting was made Konen seconded by Henke, motion carried. Public Comments: None Conditional Use Permit (CUP) was reviewed for Price Holdings LLC, the Board had no issues for permit. A motion to approve the monthly treasurers’ reports from March & April as presented was made by Henke and seconded by Konen, motion carried. Open discussion on Clerk’s Report. A motion to accept the April bills for payment was made by Henke, seconded by Konen, motion carried. Open discussion on Annual meeting Minutes. A motion to approve Seven Corners culvert project on the intersection of Seven Corners Rd. and Fur Farm not to exceed $18,000 was made by Konen, seconded by Henke, motion carried. Open discussion on correspondence from Calumet County. A motion to adjourn was made at 8:37pm by Henke, seconded by Konen, motion carried. Respectfully submitted by: Lynn Pendleton, Clerk.
