Town of New Holstein Town Hall 6:30 PM January 11, 2023 The regular monthly meeting for the Town of New Holstein was called to order at 6:30 pm by Chairman, Ben Henke. Members present: Ben Henke, Dean Konen, Len Heimerman, Mary Jo Muellenbach, and Cheryl Heller. Also present was Bob and Lynn Pendleton. The pledge of Allegiance was said by all. A motion to accept the agenda was made by Ben Henke seconded by Dean Konen and carried 3-0. A motion to accept the minutes as read, from the Special Meeting of Electors and the regular monthly meeting of the Town Board held on the December 14th was made by Len Heimerman seconded by Ben Henke and carried 3-0. A motion to approve the monthly treasurers’ report as presented was made by Dean Konen seconded by Len Heimerman and carried 3-0. A motion to accept the January bills for payment, was made by Dean Konen seconded by Ben Henke, carried 3-0. A motion to delegate the authority to proclaim a snow emergency to the Board Supervisor in charge of roads, was made by Ben Henke seconded by Len Heimerman and carried 3-0. Discussed manure ordinance. Discussed transition of Clerk position. A motion to approve the purchase of grader chains, a gear box for the Alamo mower, tires for truck #2 and a time clock was made by Len Heimerman seconded by Dean Konen and carried 3-0. A motion to adjourn was made at 7:34pm by Dean Konen, seconded by Len Heimerman, and carried 3-0 Respectfully submitted by: Cheryl Heller, Clerk.
