Town of New Holstein Town Hall 6:30 January 12th 2022 The regular monthly meeting for the Town of New Holstein was called to order at 6:30 pm by Chairman, Ben Henke. Members present: Ben Henke, Dean Konen, Len Heimerman, Mary Jo Muellenbach, and Cheryl Heller. The pledge of Allegiance was said by all. A motion to accept the agenda was made by Len Heimerman seconded by Ben Henke and carried 3-0. A motion to accept the minutes as read, from the December 8th 2021 Town Board meeting was made by Ben Henke seconded by Dean Konen and carried 3-0. A motion to approve the monthly treasurers’ report as presented was made by Len Heimerman seconded by Ben Henke and carried 3-0. A motion to accept the January bills for payment, was made by Dean Konen seconded by Len Heimerman, carried 3-0. Public Comment: None. Discussed Covid pay, tabled until February. A motion to adopt Resolution 2022-01 To Combine wards for voting purposes was made by Dean Konen seconded by Len Heimerman and carried 3-0.  Dean Konen: discussed Right of Way Issues.  Len Heimerman: discussed fuel tank, reported the WISLR report was accepted and Rural Ins. Has been notified of insurance changes  Cheryl Heller: No Report  Mary Jo Muellenbach: No Report  Ben Henke: Discussed building permits. A motion to adjourn was made at 8:10 pm by Ben Henke, seconded by Dean Konen, and carried 3-0 Respectfully submitted by: Cheryl Heller, Clerk.
