June Minutes

Town of New Holstein Town Hall 6:30 June 8th 2022 The regular monthly meeting for the Town of New Holstein was called to order at 6:30 pm by Supervisor, Dean Konen. Members present: Dean Konen, Len Heimerman, Mary Jo Muellenbach, and Cheryl Heller. Also present was Ty Stuckmann. Chairman, Ben Henke was absent. The pledge of Allegiance was said by all. A motion to accept the agenda as posted was made by Len Heimerman seconded by Dean Konen and carried 2-0. A motion to accept the minutes as read, from the May 11th 2022 Town Board meeting was made by Len Heimerman seconded by Dean Konen and carried 2-0. A motion to approve the monthly treasurers’ report as presented was made by Dean Konen seconded by Len Heimerman and carried 2-0. Public Comment: Ty Stuckmann, newly elected County Board representative for District 21, introduced himself and let the board know he was available for questions and that he looks forward to working with us. The board welcomed him and thanked him for coming. A motion to approve the Northeast Asphalt bid for Meyer Rd. work and Tecumseh Rd work totaling $108,006.25 was made by Len Heimerman seconded by Dean Konen and carried 2-0. A motion to accept the June bills for payment, was made by Len Heimerman seconded by Dean Konen, carried 2-0. A motion was made by Len Heimerman to approve liquor licenses for: Dilly’s 7 Corners Bar, Agent Kathy Dill; Outdoors Inc. Agent Jeffrey Webber Sr.; and Schwarz’s Supper Club, Agent Stephanie Schwarz the motion was seconded by Dean Konen and carried 2-0. A planning and zoning request was discussed.
