Town of New Holstein Town Hall 6:30 July 13th, 2022 The regular monthly meeting for the Town of New Holstein was called to order 6:30 pm by Chairman, Ben Henke. Members present: Ben Henke, Dean Konen, Len Heimerman, Mary Jo Muellenbach, and Cheryl Heller, also present was Bob Pendleton. The pledge of Allegiance was said by all. A motion to accept the agenda was made by Dean Konen seconded by Len Heimerman and carried 3-0. A motion to accept the minutes as read, from the June 8th, 2022, Town Board meeting was made by Ben Henke seconded by Len Heimerman and carried 3-0. Public Comment: None. A motion to approve the monthly treasurers’ report as presented was made by Dean Konen seconded by Ben Henke and carried 3-0. A motion to accept the July bills for payment, was made by Dean Konen seconded by Len Heimerman, carried 3-0. Discussed enforcement of violators of the Manure ordinance. A motion was made by Dean Konen to grant Picnic licenses, as listed, was seconded by Len Heimerman and carried 3-0. A motion to approve the East Shore Humane society agreement for May 2022- April 2023 was made by Len Heimerman seconded by Dean Konen and carried 3-0. Discussed Water issue from the City of New Holstein, Board members will attend the meeting on the 20th. Discussed new Truck purchase, will develop spec sheet. A motion to prurchase parts needed to repair Truck #1 not exceed $1500.00 was made by Dean Konen seconded by Len Heimerman, carried 3-0. Dean reported on road and culvert projects. Wild Parsnip eradication was also discussed. Tiling under Town roads was discussed. The Town parttime labor force was discussed.
