December Minutes

Town of New Holstein Town Hall 6:30 December 14th, 2022 The regular monthly meeting for the Town of New Holstein was called to order 6:30 pm by Chairman, Ben Henke. Members present: Ben Henke, Dean Konen, Len Heimerman, Mary Jo Muellenbach, and Cheryl Heller, also present was Bob Pendleton. The pledge of Allegiance was recited during the Special Meeting of Electors. A motion to accept the agenda after amending to table until January item #7 Discuss & Act Delegation of Authority to determine a snow emergency exists was made by Ben Henke seconded by Len Heimerman, carried 3-0. A motion to accept the minutes as read, from the November 9th, 2022, Town Board meeting was made by Dean Konen seconded by Ben Henke and carried 3-0. A motion to approve the monthly treasurers’ report as presented was made by Ben Henke seconded by Len Heimerman, carried 3-0. Public Comment: None A motion to accept the December bills for payment, to include bills from Calumet Co. Decker Supply and Packer City Truck and any other year end bills, was made by Dean Konen seconded by Ben Henke and carried 3-0. A motion to approve a set of chains for the grader was made by Ben Henke seconded by Dean Konen and carried 3-0. Dean reported the hydro-vac culvert flushing will be postponed until spring. The December / year end budget was reviewed A motion to adjourn was made at 7:10pm by Ben Henke, seconded by Dean Konen, and carried 3-0 Respectfully submitted by: Cheryl Heller, Clerk.
