NOTICE TOWN OF RANTOUL ANNUAL MEETING The Town of Rantoul will meet at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, APRIL 15, 2025, at the POTTER VILLAGE HALL for the regular Annual Meeting. The agenda is as follows: 1. Call to order/Pledge of Allegiance 2. Verify that meeting notices were posted and published 3. Amend and/or accept printed agenda 4. Amend and/or accept special meetings’ minutes (2024 Annual, Budget) 5. Approve 2024 Annual Financial Report 6. Designate Public Depositories 7. Road Report 8. Short Term Borrowing Power 9. Long Term Borrowing Power 10. Set date for 2026 Annual Meeting if different than third Tuesday in April as set by statue 11. Other business that is permitted to be transacted at the Annual Meeting 12.
