NOTICE TOWN OF RANTOUL ANNUAL MEETING The Town of Rantoul will meet at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, APRIL 16, 2024, at the POTTER VILLAGE HALL for the regular Annual Meeting. The agenda is as follows: 1. Call to order/Pledge of Allegiance 2. Amend and/or accept printed agenda 3. Amend and/or accept special meetings’ minutes (2023 Annual, Budget) 4. Approve 2023 Annual Financial Report 5. Approve 2023 Annual Audit Report 6. Designate Public Depositories 7. Road Report 8. Short Term Borrowing Power 9. Long Term Borrowing Power 10. Set date for 2025 Annual Meeting if different than third Tuesday in April as set by statue (April 15th, 2025) 11. Other business that is permitted to be transacted at the Annual Meeting 12.
