Cy Williams/Maple Lake Redevelopment Ad-Hoc Sub Committee of Park Commission Regular Meeting Agenda Minutes September 9, 2026 Three Lakes Municipal Building 6965 West School Street Meeting called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Committee Chairman Meyer. Committee members present: Kevin Meyer, Kay Coates, Anita Kendall, Junior Stebbeds Sue Harris Absent: Scott Lebuis, Nancy Ohman, Guests: Linda Goldsworthy, Kurt Krupp, Mark Barden, Jason Stebbeds, Josh Paetow Harris reported on the agenda posting in accordance with Wisconsin Open Meeting Law. Quorum of committee members 5-0 Motion by Harris, second by Coates to approve the agenda. Motion carried 5-0 Committee reviewed the minutes of August 26, 2026. Motion to approve by Stebbeds and second by Kendall Motion carried 4-0 Mark Barden from Town and Country Engineering Inc. explained that his company did not feel they were a good fit for our project, however they would help wherever they could. Curt Krupp made suggestions as to some companies the RFP could go to. There was no update on funding sources. Next meeting is scheduled for October 1, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. in the Three Lakes Municipal Building. No public comments were heard.
