Minutes Regular Meeting Three Lakers Airport Commission August 17, 2026 Meeting called to order at 5:01 pm by Chairman Brent Westfall. Commissioners present: Matt Olkowski, Jim Leatzow, Jordan Gensler and Bob Heuer. Pledge of allegiance cited. Chairman Brent Westfall reported on the agenda posting in accordance with the Wisconsin Open Meeting Law. Quarum of Commissioners (5 of 5) established. Motion by Heuer (Leatzow) to approve agenda. Motion carried (5-0) Motion by Olkowski (Heuer) to approve the minutes of July 8, 2025 as presented. motion carried (5-0) Motion by Westfall (Gensler) to confirm reappointment’s of Bob Heuer, Jim Leatzow and Matt Olkowski as commissioners on Three lakes Airport Commission. Six year term. Motion Carried (5-0). Motion by Gensler (Heuer) to Increase Woodland Water and Powersports Lease from $200.00 to $250.00 per month. Motion Carried (5-0) Motion by Heuer (Gensler) to table lease discussion on campground property issues until the next meeting. Motion Carried (5-0). Motion by Gensler (Leatzow) To continue discussion on airport projects at next meeting after further review of original plans which will be supplied to Gensler by Heuer/Westfall as determined by who has the information in their possession . Motion Carried (5-0). There were no public comments. Motion to adjourn at 5:55pm was made by (Gensler)Olkowski. Motion Carried (5-0)
