Town of Three Lakes Veteran’s Memorial Committee Ad-Hoc Sub Committee of Plan Commission Regular Meeting Minutes August 3rd 2026 4:00 p.m. Three Lakes Municipal Building 6965 West School St. 1. Call to order and pledge Meeting called to order by Rich at 4:00 p.m. followed by pledge 2. Report on agenda posting for August 3rd 2026. Kelly reported the agenda was psoted in accordance with WI Open Meeting Law. 3. Agenda approval for August 3rd 2026 Motion by Sue, second by Rick to approve the agenda as posted. All in favor 4. Approve June 30th 2026 regular meeting minutes. Motion by Kelly, second by Linnea to approve June 30th minutes as written. All in favor 5. Review unveiling event. Event went as well as possibly imagined. Very positive comments from committee and public. 6. Discuss criteria for 2027 name engraving. Reviewed name engraving criteria, Motion by Sue 2nd by Kelly to accept new criteria, all in favor. All honorably discharged U.S. Veterans who served before, during, or after their residence in the Township of Three Lakes; or graduated from the Three Lakes School District. Kelly will post on appication form and various other locations for public knowledge. 7. Discuss grant opportunities and fundraising. Briefly discussed possible opportunities for grants and fundraising. 8. Any updates on VM site None 9. Public Comments None 10. Adjourn Motion to adjourn by Junior, second by Rick. All in favor.
