Town Board Meeting — Minutes

MINUTES Special Meeting-Listening Session Three Lakes Town Board of Supervisors July 21, 2026 Meeting called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Chairman Brisk. Supervisors present: Ella Baltus, Jeff Boehm, Kevin Meyer and Matt Olkowski. Clerk Harris was present to record the minutes. Clerk Harris reported on the agenda posting in accordance with Wisconsin Open Meet ing Law. Quorum of Supervisors (5 of 5) established. Motion by Supervisor Baltus (Boehm) to approve the agenda. Motion carried. 5:0 Chairman Brisk welcomed everyone present and explained the purpose of the listening session was to take citizen comments on the 2027 budget, either operating line items or capital budget expenditures. This is the annual opportunity for electors to tell the town board anything on their mind related to the budget process. Clerk Harris briefed everyone on the first run for the 2027 budget that is level funded from 2026 except for a few expenditure lines and the police contract. The budget is almost balanced and will be adjusted once the department head meetings take place in August. Motion by Supervisor Boehm (Meyer) to adjourn at 5:16 p.m. Motion carried. 5:0 Susan Harris Town Clerk
