Cy Williams/Maple Lake Redevelopment Ad-Hoc Sub Committee of Park Commission Regular Meeting Agenda Minutes July 15, 2026 Three Lakes Municipal Building 6965 West School Street Meeting called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Committee Chairman Meyer. Committee members present: Kevin Meyer, Kay Coates, Anita Kendall, Scott Lebuis, Nancy Ohman, Sue Harris Absent: Junior Stebbeds. Guests: Linda Goldsworthy Harris reported on the agenda posting in accordance with Wisconsin Open Meeting Law. Quorum of committee members 4-7 Motion by Harris and seconded by Ohman to approve the agenda. Motion carried 3-0 Committee reviewed the minutes of June 3, 2026. Motion to approve by Harris, and seconded by Ohman Motion carried 3-0 Discussion on a DNR grant is that more information is needed to see if the site would be considered acceptable for this type of grant. Linda Goldsworthy provided an update on the grant status of the TLCF application. Harris and Meyer will put together a budget for the town board to consider for the upcoming 2027 budget. Parks Board meeting was postponed until a later date. Meyer will attend future meeting to update members of the Ad-Hoc Committee’s agenda advancements. Discussion on the Cy Williams Park/Maple Lakes Redevelopment of beach bath houses / bathrooms is to be part of Phase 1 when talking to engineers. Next meeting is scheduled for August 12, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. in the Three Lakes Municipal Building. No public comments were heard.
