Town of Three Lakes Veteran’s Memorial Committee Ad-Hoc Sub Committee of Plan Commission Regular Meeting Minutes June 30th 2026 4:00 p.m. Three Lakes Municipal Building 6965 West School St. 1. Call to order and pledge. Meeting called to order by Rich followed by the pledge 2. Report on agenda posting for June 30th 2026. Kelly reported the agenda was posted in accordance with WI Open Meeting Law 3. Agenda approval for June 30th 2026 Motion by Sue second by David to approve the agenda as posted. All in favor. 4. Approve June 22nd 2026 regular meeting minutes Motion by David second by Rick to approve June 22nd minutes as written. All in favor. 5. Elect new committee chair. Motion by Sue second by Rick to elect Rich as committee chair. All in favor 6. Review to do checklist. Final review of checklist, everything is in order. 7. Discuss to finalize program and unveiling updates. Legion member attendance. Setup to begin early afternoon with chairs, bleachers, water, and sound system. All members should be in attendance by 4 pm. 8. Any updates on VM site None 9. Public Comments none 10.
