Town of Three Lakes Veterans Memorial Committee Ad-Hoc Sub Committee of Plan Commission Regular Meeting Minutes June 15 th 2026 4:00 p.m. Three Lakes Municipal Building 6965 West School St. 1. Call to order and pledge. Sue called the meeting to order at 4 p.m. followed by the pledge 2. Report on agenda posting for June 15th 2026. Kelly reported the agenda was posted in accordance with WI Open Meeting Law 3. Agenda approval for June 15th 2026 Motion by Rick second by Linnea to approve the agenda as posted. All in favor 4. Approve June 1st 2026 regular meeting minutes Motion by Kelly, second by Rich to approve the minutes as written. All in favor 5. Review to do checklist. Went over checklist and continue to ensure all aspects of the unveiling is covered. 6. Discuss to finalize program and unveiling updates. Honor Guard, legion member attendance. Notes from June 8th. Bob Dionne and Bill Clough were in attendance from the Rhinelander Honor Guard and Color Guard respectively. Finalized how and when they will present their groups during the unveiling. American Legion will have approximately 25 members in attendance. Reviewed seating and bleacher arrangement. Brent Westphal flyover still uncertain. Mike, David and Junior will discuss unveiling with Up North at 4. Will continue to review checklist at next meeting. Linnea presented a rough draft of program. 7.
