MINUTES SPECIAL MEETING Three Lakes Town Board of Supervisors BOARD OF REVIEW ADJOURNED May 19, 2026 Meeting called to order at 5:25 p.m. by Town Chairman Roger Brisk. Supervisors present: Supervisor Ella Baltus, Jeff Boehm, Kevin Meyer and Matt Olkowski. Town Clerk Sue Harris was present to record the minutes. Clerk Harris reported on the agenda posting in accordance with Opening Meeting Law, as well as confirming that proper published notices had been placed in the local paper according to the specified timeline as required by statute. Motion made by Supervisor Baltus (Boehm) to approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried. 5:0 Chairman Brisk explained the Board of Review process and statutory requirements for the first meeting to be convened within a forty-five (45) day period beginning the fourth Monday in April. Motion made by Supervisor Baltus (Olkowski) to adjourn the Board of Review and reconvene on September 15, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at which time the Assessor would be prepared.
