Cy Williams/Maple Lake Redevelopment Ad-Hoc Sub Committee of Park Commission May 13, 2026 - *Amended Meeting called to order at 5:01 p.m. by Committee Chairman Kevin Meyer. Committee members present: Kevin Meyer, Kay Coates, Anita Kendall, Scott Lebuis, Nancy Ohman, Junior Stebbeds. Absent: Sue Harris Guests: Chris Nafzieger, Linda Goldsworthy Kevin reported on the agenda posting in accordance with Wisconsin Open Meeting Law. Quorum of committee members (6 of 7) established. Motion by Anita Kendall and seconded by Scott Lebuis to approve the agenda . Motion carried. 6:0 Committee reviewed the minutes of April 8, 2026. Motion by Anita Kendall and seconded by Scott Lebuis. Motion carried. 6:0 Linda Goldsworthy announced that the Three Lakes Community Foundation (TLCF) Grant of $1,000 was approved. Kevin Meyer made a motion to submit a $10,000 grant application to the TLCF. This grant would be used for the design phase of the park. Motion by Nancy Ohman, seconded by Anita Kendall Various park building renderings were displayed and discussed. Kevin Meyer will talk with Doug Walshager about property lines of the alley. New beach house Keep covered picnic area Playground design Phase 2 Visitor’s Center Waterfront Next meeting is scheduled for June 3, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. in the Three Lakes Municipal Building.
