Cy Williams/Maple Lake Redevelopment Ad-Hoc Sub Committee of Park Commission March 5, 2026 Meeting called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Committee Chairman Kevin Meyer. Committee members present: Kay Coates, Anita Kendall, Scott Lebuis, Nancy Ohman. Absent: Sue Harris and Junior Stebbeds. Guest Linda Goldsworthy Anita Kendall reported on the agenda posting in accordance with Wisconsin Open Meeting Law. Quorum of committee members (5 of 7 ) established. Motion by Nancy Ohman and seconded by Anita Kendall to approve the agenda. Motion carried. 5:0 Committee reviewed the minutes of February 11, 2026. Motion by Kay Coates and seconded by Nancy Ohman. Motion carried. 5:0 Linda Goldsworthy, on behalf of the Three Lakes Community Foundation (TLCF), advised the committee that applications for fundraising were due the 15th of each month. Again, Goldsworthy highly encouraged the committee to apply for a grant with the TLCF as they assist in funding projects that fit similar goals. Committee members viewed an old map from the 1950’s of the park which Coates presented. Many renderings of building possibilities were passed around. Comment was made that the DNR may have funds to help pay expenses to remove the bathhouse considering the asbestos. Ideas of interactive venues were presented. Next meeting is scheduled for April 1, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. in the Three Lakes Municipal Building. No public comments were heard. Meyer will compile a list of the “wish list” items for the next meeting. Motion to adjourn by Lebuis second by Coates to adjourn at 6:20 p.m. Motion carried. 5:0 Anita Kendall Secretary
