TOWN OF PELICAN MINUTES OF REGULAR BOARD MEETING AUGUST 10 TH, 2026 The regular meeting of the Town of Pelican Board was called to order by Chairman Nick Scholtes on Monday, August 10th, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. in the Pelican Town Hall. Notice of the meeting was posted in accordance with Wisconsin’s Open Meeting Law. Roll call: Present were Chairman Nick Scholtes, Supervisors Walter Dahlquist Jr. James Cates, and Clerk Mike Ring. Motion/second Cates/Dahlquist to approve minutes of the regular town board meeting of July 27th, 2026. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. 15 Minutes of informal public comments- Motion/second Dahlquist/Cates to approve moving forward to taking ownership of Mirror View Rd with the understanding it will remain gravel. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. Motion/second Cates/Dahlquist to approve subdivision of PE-136 & PE-138. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. Motion/second Dahlquist/Cates to pay vouchers 11575-11596 in the amount of $49,242.49. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. Motion/second Dahlquist/Cates accept the Treasurer’s report as presented. All aye on voice vote and motion carried.
