TOWN OF PELICAN MINUTES OF REGULAR BOARD MEETING JULY 27 TH, 2026 The regular meeting of the Town of Pelican Board was called to order by Chairman Nick Scholtes on Monday, July 27th, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. in the Pelican Town Hall. Notice of the meeting was posted in accordance with Wisconsin’s Open Meeting Law. Roll call: Present were Chairman Nick Scholtes, Supervisors Walter Dahlquist Jr. James Cates, Treasurer Cindy Carroll and Clerk Mike Ring. Motion/second Cates/Dahlquist to approve minutes of the regular town board meeting of July 13th, 2026. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. 15 Minutes of informal public comments- Motion/second Dahlquist/Cates to approve TRH for PE-1026 once room tax permit is submitted. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. Motion/second Dahlquist/Cates to approve sub-division for PE-274 and PE-278. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. Motion/second Cates/Dahlquist to approve driveway permit for PE-420 with installation of 12” culvert. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. Motion/second Cates/Dahlquist to approve 5 utility permits. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. Motion/second Cates/Dahlquist to pay vouchers 11567-11574 in the amount of $21,698.83. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. Motion/second Dahlquist/Cates accept the Treasurer’s report as presented. All aye on voice vote and motion carried.
