TOWN OF PELICAN MINUTES OF REGULAR BOARD MEETING APRIL 20 TH, 2026 The regular meeting of the Town of Pelican Board was called to order by Supervisor Walter Dahlquist on Monday, April 20th, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. in the Pelican Town Hall. Notice of the meeting was posted in accordance with Wisconsin’s Open Meeting Law. Roll call: Present were Supervisors Walter Dahlquist Jr. James Cates, Treasurer Cindy Carroll and Clerk Mike Ring. Motion/second Cates/Dahlquist to approve minutes of the regular town board meeting of April 6th, 2026. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. 15 Minutes of informal public comments- Motion/second Cates/Dahlquist to approve subdivision of PE 629. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. Motion/second Cates/Dahlquist to approve utility permit for North Shore Dr. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. Motion/second Cates/Dahlquist to approve utility permit for Spring Rd. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. Motion/second Cates/Dahlquist to approve utility permit for Cedar Ln. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. Motion/second Dahlquist/Cates to pay vouchers 11458-11482 in the amount of $22,404.33. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. Motion/second Cates/Dahlquist accept the Treasurer’s report as presented. All aye on voice vote and motion carried.
