TOWN OF PELICAN MINUTES OF REGULAR BOARD MEETING MARCH 23 RD, 2026 The regular meeting of the Town of Pelican Board was called to order by Chairman Nick Scholtes on Monday, March 23rd, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. in the Pelican Town Hall. Notice of the meeting was posted in accordance with Wisconsin’s Open Meeting Law. Roll call: Present were Chairman Nick Scholtes, Supervisors Walter Dahlquist Jr. James Cates, Treasurer Cindy Carroll and Clerk Mike Ring. Motion/second Cates/Scholtes to approve minutes of the regular town board meeting of February 23rd, 2026. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. Motion/second Dahlquist/Cates to approve minutes of the regular town board meeting of March 9 th, 2026. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. Motion/second Cates/Dahlquist to approve minutes of the regular town board meeting of March 13th, 2026. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. 15 Minutes of informal public comments- Motion/second Cates/Scholtes to vacating plated road in Alburmi Shores. All aye on voice vote and motion carried Motion/second Cates/Dahlquist to pay vouchers 11428-11439 in the amount of $30,101.99. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. Motion/second Dahlquist/Cates accept the Treasurer’s report as presented. All aye on voice vote and motion carried.
