TOWN OF PELICAN MINUTES OF REGULAR BOARD MEETING FEBRUARY 23 RD, 2026 The regular meeting of the Town of Pelican Board was called to order by Chairman Nick Scholtes on Monday, February 23rd, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. in the Pelican Town Hall. Notice of the meeting was posted in accordance with Wisconsin’s Open Meeting Law. Roll call: Present were Chairman Nick Scholtes, Supervisor James Cates, and Clerk Mike Ring. Motion/second Cates/Scholtes to approve minutes of the regular town board meeting of February 9th, 2026. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. 15 Minutes of informal public comments- Motion/second Cates/Scholtes to table vacating plated road in Alburmi Shores. All aye on voice vote and motion carried Motion/second Cates/Scholtes to approve utility permit for Ohlson Ln. All aye on voice vote and motion carried Motion/second Cates/Scholtes to pay vouchers 11397-11412 in the amount of $172,594.41. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. Motion/second Cates/Scholtes accept the Treasurer’s report as presented. All aye on voice vote and motion carried.
