TOWN OF PELICAN MINUTES OF REGULAR BOARD MEETING FEBRUARY 9 TH, 2026 The regular meeting of the Town of Pelican Board was called to order by Chairman Nick Scholtes on Monday, February 9th, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. in the Pelican Town Hall. Notice of the meeting was posted in accordance with Wisconsin’s Open Meeting Law. Roll call: Present were Chairman Nick Scholtes, Supervisors Walter Dahlquist Jr. James Cates, Treasurer Cindy Carroll and Clerk Mike Ring. Motion/second Dahlquist/Cates to approve minutes of the regular town board meeting of January 26th, 2026. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. Motion/second Dahlquist/Cates to start the process of making an wake enhance ordinance. All aye on voice vote and motion carried 15 Minutes of informal public comments- Motion/second Cates/Dahlquist to approve sub division of PE-102. All aye on voice vote and motion carried Motion/second Cates/Dahlquist to pay vouchers 11372-11396 in the amount of $1,829,969.41. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. Motion/second Dahlquist/Cates accept the Treasurer’s report as presented. All aye on voice vote and motion carried.
