TOWN OF PELICAN MINUTES OF REGULAR BOARD MEETING DECEMBER 29 TH, 2025 The regular meeting of the Town of Pelican Board was called to order by Chairman Nick Scholtes on Monday, December 29th, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. in the Pelican Town Hall. Notice of the meeting was posted in accordance with Wisconsin’s Open Meeting Law. Roll call: Present were Chairman Nick Scholtes, Supervisor Walter Dahlquist Jr., Treasurer Cindy Carroll and Clerk Mike Ring. Motion/second Dahlquist/Scholtes to approve minutes of the regular town board meeting of December 15th, 2025. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. 15 Minutes of informal public comments- Motion/second Scholtes/Dahlquist to approve MOU with Nicolet College. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. Motion/second Scholtes/Dahlquist to approve changes to call time and holiday pay in the operator’s manual. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. Motion/second Dahlquist/Scholtes to pay vouchers 11295-11309 in the amount of $16,697.73. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. Motion/second Dahlquist/Scholtes accept the Treasurer’s report as presented. All aye on voice vote and motion carried.
