TOWN OF PELICAN MINUTES OF REGULAR BOARD MEETING NOVEMBER 17 TH, 2025 The regular meeting of the Town of Pelican Board was called to order by Chairman Nick Scholtes on Monday, November 17th, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. in the Pelican Town Hall. Notice of the meeting was posted in accordance with Wisconsin’s Open Meeting Law. Roll call: Present were Chairman Nick Scholtes, Supervisors Walter Dahlquist Jr. James Cates, Treasurer Cindy Carroll and Clerk Mike Ring. Motion/second Cates/Dahlquist to approve minutes of the regular town board meeting of November 3rd, 2025. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. A discussion with residents took place asking the Town to pass an ordinance banning wake boats. Motion/second Dahlquist/Cates to approve purchase of graphics and lights for brush truck in the amount of $8683.99. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. 15 Minutes of informal public comments- Motion/second Cates/Dahlquist to pay vouchers 11254-11267 in the amount of $54,899.25. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. Motion/second Dahlquist/Cates accept the Treasurer’s report as presented. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. Motion/second Dahlquist/Cates to approve bartender license for Alexis Siewert. All aye on voice vote and motion carried.
